How do I return an item?
Returns policy for faulty goods
If you discover your item is faulty within 30 days of receiving it you can return the product for a full refund if desired. You must contact returns within those first 30 days if you want a refund for a faulty item.
If your item develops a fault within the warranty period and you need to return an item for repair or replacement, please submit a query with our returns department. We will respond via email with return instructions and assign you an RMA reference number. If you are within the return to base period we will refund your postage or collect your item.
Once the item is received we will attempt to fix the product, if this isn’t possible a replacement will be given.
Please do not post anything back without an RMA number as this may delay processing your return.
Returns policy for cancellations
You may return your item for any reason within 14 calendar days, beginning on the day you received the Product. You must contact us via phone or email and quote your order number in any communication.
Returned Product(s) must be the same condition in which you received them (including the box and accessories), at your own cost and risk. You have an obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
Once the cancelled items are received by us, we will refund you the full amount originally paid within 10 working days. This will be refunded back to you via the same payment method.
