5-Year Warranty
We offer an industry-leading 5-year warranty on all our mini PCs, here is the breakdown of the coverage:-
- 3-year return to base – In the case of a hardware failure, we’ll collect your PC free of charge.
- 3-year parts & labour – We will fix your computer and replace any defective parts at no cost to you.
- 5-year labour – Defective hardware will be fixed or replaced at cost, but labour is free.
Coverage length
The coverage starts on the day your order is dispatched. If you have sent your PC back for a repair you will get 90 days warranty or continue your original warranty whichever is longest at that point.
Postal insurance
For your peace of mind, your order will be fully insured free of charge during postage, this includes both loss and damage. There will be a fast replacement should anything go wrong.
Our warranty Exclusions
- Accidental Damage (spills, drops, surges etc)
- General wear and tear, misuse or neglect.
- Incorrectly installed 3rd party parts.
- Overheating due to excessive dirt and dust build-up.
- Problems from overclocking.
- Data Recovery and Backing up of data, files and programmes.
- Incorrectly installed/incompatible software which we did not provide
- Viruses.
- Compatibility of third-party software.
